Lightning Double Down!

The Rattlers topped Westlake Blue in a rematch that unfortunately ended in a forfeit at halftime because they didn't have proper goalie gear.  Nehemiah picked up offensive player of the game for showing great sportsmanship and leading the scoring with 3, followed by Colton with 2 and Matt with 1.  James had 2 saves and showed great leadership and skills on the clear, and he also vacuumed up every ground ball near the crease.  Oliver led the defensive effort with high-IQ slides that would have been certain goals otherwise.  James and Oliver were each awarded defensive player of the game for their great play.  The team is now 6-1. Our next game is Saturday in a rematch against Liberty Hill.
