Lightning Edges Westlake!

The Rattlers improved to 5-1, edging Westlake Blue 9-8 on Sunday. Three players shared the scoring with Matt and Jack leading with 3 each, and Colton picking up 2.  Kuzma got a free one by being the last Rattler to touch the ball when Westlake accidently scored an own-goal. Our defense took a big step forward with pressuring passers, with Oliver and Duke leading the charge and James standing tall with 8 saves.  Matt & Jack took home Offensive Player of the Game for tying for top scorer.  James's strong performance in the cage earned him Defensive Player of the Game. Our next game is a rematch against Westlake Blue on Sunday, April 8.
